Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased online at sportanddancewear.com.au may be returned for an online exchange within 14 days of receipt, providing you have your receipt and the items are in their original condition, unworn with tags attached.
All postage and handling costs will be incurred by the purchaser and Action Sport and Dancewear does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Items purchased online may also be exchanged at the Action Sport and Dancewear retail store, located at
12 Brice Avenue Mooroolbark within 14 days of receipt.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on promotional or sale items. In the interests of hygiene and due to health regulations we can not accept returns or exchanges on underwear including tights and body suits at anytime unless the garment is faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
Refunds will only be applied if the product is damaged or deemed faulty and Action Sport and Dancewear reserves the right to determine whether a product is damaged or faulty. Claims will be reviewed and a response received within 48 hours of the arrival at Action Sport and Dancewear.

Pricing
Action Sport and Dancewear reserves the right to change prices without notice.
All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australia Dollars (AUD).

Liability
Action Sport and Dancewear does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website. Action Sport and Dancewear reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.

Ordering Method
Action Sport and Dancewear offers on-line purchasing. Orders via phone and email orders will also be accepted.

Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days of Order Confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock.
If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.

Shipping within Australia
Online orders for delivery within Australia are dispatched via Australia Post E-Parcel and arrive within
5 - 7 working days from dispatch. A flat rate of $5.50 AUD applies to all Australian deliveries.

Acceptance of Goods
The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage and must notify Action Sport and Dancewear immediately. Goods may be returned providing the garments are unworn with tags in tact and accompanied by the receipt. Please see Returns & Exchanges for more information.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only in the instance where the order has not yet been shipped.

Typographical Errors
In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Action Sport and Dancewear reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.Action Sport and Dancewear will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.
